Thursday Cottage Cherry Curd
Thursday Cottage Cherry Curd
Thursday Cottage was started in 1963 in a cottage of the same name outside Somerset, UK. For many years, the business was owned and run by Hugh and Pam Corbin from Lyme Regis until they moved to Trewlands Farm in Tiptree in the Essex. The ingredients, the open pan cooking and the distinctive taste and character of Thursday Cottage products has changed little from the time when the company was based in the West Country, over fifty years ago. Now their jams, marmalades, spreads, and curds can be found in a wide range of locations, including food halls, delis, garden centres, and independent supermarkets around the world - and now at Prairie Oils & Provisions!
Thursday Cottage Cherry Curd won us over at once with its vibrant, rich colour and bursting with wonderful tart cherry flavour. Made with free-range eggs, pure butter and sour cherry juice. Use as a mini-tart filling, in thumbprint cookies as the filling for macarons or jam-jams. Or even simply spread over flaky warm biscuits or toast.
Size: 250mL
