This is a wonderful Frantoio Olive Oil with a strong floral and herbal aroma. The balance is perfect with high fruitiness, medium bitterness, and high pungency. It has some nice, rounded, mild ripe fruit character, but it is mostly showcasing green, herbaceous flavors of fresh cut grass, green apple, mint, cinnamon and black pepper.
