A medium intensity oil with low bitterness, strong pungency, and moderate fruitiness. It is quite complex, with several ripe, fruity flavours of butter, nuttiness, and apple – plus some bright, spicy, herbaceous flavours of mint, cinnamon, and chili pepper, especially green apple and black pepper. It is very nicely balanced and fresh tasting.
