Orzo Pasta Salad

Ingredients for Dressing:
1/4 c. lime juice 
2 tsp. SMAK DAB Canadian Maple Mustard
1/4 c. Gala Apple Balsamic
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Roasted Walnut Oil   (or try Herbes de Provence Olive Oil)

Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake until blended.

Ingredients for Salad:
8 oz. Nature's Farm Orzo Pasta, cooked until al dente (or try brown or wild rice)
1 celery stalk
3 radishes, slice thin
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 carrots peeled and chopped or shredded
a handful of mixed greens
2 hard - boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
optional toppings: cheese, herbs, nuts and/or seeds

Put cooked pasta in a bowl. Add the rest of the vegetables and add about 3 Tbsp. of the dressing. Stir gently until combined.

Top with other toppings as desired, but add the hard-boiled eggs just before serving.
