Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. diced seedless watermelon
1 c. diced mango
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 c. diced red onion
2 Tbsp. Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil
1 lime. juiced
1/2 tsp.salt, or more to taste
In a large bowl, combine watermelon, mango, jalapeno, onion, Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil, lime juice and salt, to taste. Serve immediately.
