1 medium red apple with skin, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped
2 Tbsp. Traditional Balsamic
2 Tbsp. Roasted Walnut Oil (more if desired)
