Traditional Tomato Pasta Sauce


1 (28oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 c. Chocolate Balsamic

Mix together first 5 ingredients in a sauce pot. Bring to a boil, let simmer until liquid is reduced. Add Chocolate Balsamic for last 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
