Ingredients:
2 heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 med - large peaches, cut into wedges
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/3 c. blue cheese crumbles
1/4 c. Mild or Medium EVOO - or try Basil Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Peach White Balsamic
1 Tbsp. honey
pinch of salt and pepper
fresh oregano and basil leaves for garnish
Place tomatoes, peaches, bacon and blue cheese on a large platter. Drizzle with EVOO, peach balsamic and honey. Season the salad with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh herbs before serving. We recommend serving with warm French bread or crostini for dipping and dunking.
