The Best Chocolate Syrup

1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup creamed honey 
1 Tbsp. Chocolate Balsamic
1/2 tsp vanilla 
pinch of sea salt 

Whisk cocoa, water and creamed honey together in a saucepan over medium-low heat until honey is melted and sauce is smooth. 

Remove from heat and whisk in Chocolate Balsamic and vanilla. Finish with a pinch of sea salt if desired.

Note: The Balsamic adds just the right amount of tang to make this sauce melt in your mouth. Fabulous on waffles or pancakes as a special breakfast or drizzled on ice cream as a dessert topper. Can also be used to make chocolate milk - just pour cooled sauce into squeeze bottle and shake well before using.
