Teriyaki Beef Jerky

teriyaki balsamic beef jerkyIngredients:
2 lbs. beef round steak, cut very thin across grain
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Teriyaki Balsamic
2 Tbsp. natural liquid smoke
2 tsp salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. red chili flakes (optional)

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix to ensure meat is evenly coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.

Remove meat from the bowl and arrange strips on a dehydrator tray. Dry on highest setting until done to liking but at least 4 hours.

Store in resealable container or ziploc bags.
