Tequila Shrimp with Garlic

24 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 oz. Garlic Olive Oil
4 tsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2 oz. tequila
Juice and zest of one lime
Caramelized Onion & Maple Confit


Mix Garlic Olive Oil, Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, tequila, lime juice and zest together. Put shrimp in ziplock bag and pour marinade over top. Let sit from 1-3 hours.

Put them onto skewers and grill until coral color. Garnish with Caramelized Onions.
