Sweet Whipped Labneh with Berries

Ingredients:
2 c. labneh, at room temperature
1 Tbsp. Persian Lime Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Watermelon White Balsamic
2 Tbsp. liquid honey
pomegranate molasses for finishing
fresh sliced strawberries or other summer fruit
fresh mint or chopped nuts, or even fresh cracked cardamom or black pepper (optional)
Ensure labneh is room temperature to reduce strain on mixer.
To stand mixture or large mixing bowl, add labneh the labneh, olive oil, balsamic and honey. Mix in pulses on low speed until mixture begins to incorporate, then turn on to low speed and mix consistently for 2 minutes. If mixture is incorporated and loose, increase speed for another 1-2 minutes to achieve a whipped texture.
Serving Suggestions: Serve on top of biscuits, bagels, oatmeal or granola, meringues or even sponge cake. Top with fresh strawberries and finish with pomegranate molasses or a dark balsamic or other toppings as desired.
