Spinach Salad with Dandelion & Clover

Baby spinach greens
Dandelion greens and leaf stems, coarsely chopped
Red cabbage, coarsely chopped
Clover leaves
Clover blossoms for garnish

Dressing 1:
Toasted Sesame Oil
Honeybell Orange White Balsamic or Honey Ginger Balsamic

Dressing 2:
Blood Orange Olive Oil
Cranberry Pear White Balsamic

Toss all ingredients together, except garnish. Complete with blossoms for a spring-y look! Try with any of your favourite oils and vinegars!
