For layered sandwich, layer all ingredients sun-dried tomatoes, stuffed olives, pepperoncini, artichoke hearts, red onion, and fresh basil for a quick chopped salad. Layer ingredients over bread and drizzle with dressing.
For chopped sandwich, toss all sandwich ingredients onto a cutting board (except bread) and roughly chop until all components are roughly the same size and well mixed. Drizzle with dressing and mix through.
Compile sandwich on top of a piece of wax or parchment paper. Place sandwich ingredients between two slices of thick-cut bread, Italian roll, or into a tortilla wrap.
Close your bread, roll or tortilla and wrap TIGHTLY in paper. Slice and serve with extra dressing for dipping.
