Spicy Curry Thai Noodle Dish

Ingredients:
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Fig Balsamic
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 - 4 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil, divided
1 slice ginger
2 tsp. chili flakes
1 tsp. garam masala or curry spice blend - like our Coconut Curry Sauce Mix
8 oz. Nature's Pasta fine noodles, cooked
3/4 c. julienned carrots
3/4 c. julienned red bell pepper
cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Combine soy sauce, balsamic, chili sauce, garlic, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, ginger, chili flakes, and curry powder in a food processor until smooth. Set aside.

In medium frying pan or wok, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and bring up to medium-high temperature. Add carrots and peppers, and saute for 2-3 minutes, until tender crisp. Add the blended ingredients to the vegetables and saute for another 2 minutes or until fragrant.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Serve warm or cold, topped with the vegetable mixture and sprinkled with parsley or cilantro to garnish.
