Spicy Curry Thai Noodle Dish

1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Fig Balsamic
2 Tbsp. chili Sauce
2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Curry Olive Oil or Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 slice ginger
2 tsp. chili flakes
8 oz. Nature's Pasta Fine Spicy Curry & Lime Pasta, cooked
3/4 c. julienne carrots
3/4 c. red bell pepper slivers
cilantro or parsley for garnish.

Combine first seven ingredients in a blender. Set aside.

Sauté carrots and peppers, then add the blended ingredients to the vegetables. Set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Spread out on a serving dish. Top with vegetable mixture and sprinkle with parsley or cilantro to garnish.
