Spiced Rosemary Marinated Mushrooms

8 portobello mushrooms caps or 4 c. button mushrooms 
1/3 c. Rosemary Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Wild Raspberry White Balsamic
4 Tbsp. Gourmet Inspirations Veggie Garnish Spice Rub
2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
sea salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in marinade bag or shallow baking dish. Marinate 1-2 hours or overnight in fridge. 

Grill, saute, or roast as desired. Serve as vegetarian main course or alongside steak and potatoes.
