Smoky & Spicy Steak Chili

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into bite size
1 tsp. Salt Cellar Oh Chihuahua! Spice Blend
salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. Cayenne Pressato Olive Oil
1 c. yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 c. beef broth 
2 Tbsp. Chocolate Balsamic
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1/4 c. tomato paste

Toppings:
fresh cilantro, chopped
white onions, peeled and minced
corn tortillas

Pat steak pieces dry with paper towels and season with Oh Chihuahua! Spice Blend.

Heat Cayenne Pressato Olive Oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned steak and sear on all sides. Once seared, remove the steak from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder and saute' for 2 minutes. Add the broth, Chocolate Balsamic, diced tomatoes and tomato paste to the pot and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer. Once simmering reduce heat to low.

Return the steak to the pot, stir to combine and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally or until the steak is fork tender.

Season the chili to taste with salt and pepper and divide between bowls. top with cilantro and onions and serve with corn tortillas on the side.
