Slow Cooker Turkey & Veggie Chili

3 Tbsp. Chipotle Olive Oil
1 lb. ground turkey
3 each garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 Tbsp. Salt Cellar Oh Chihuahua! spice blend (or ground cumin)
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt.
3 Tbsp. Chocolate Balsamic
1 - 15 oz. can corn kernels
1 - 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/4 c. tomato paste
2 c. chicken or vegetable broth
1 Tbsp. SMAK DAB Honey Horseradish mustard (optional)

Toppings: red onions, cheddar cheese, sour cream and scallions

Preheat slow cooker setting to saute and add oil. Once hot, add ground turkey and sear until brown.

Add garlic, onion, bell peppers, Oh Chihuahua, chili powder, and salt, saute until tender and fragrant, about 2 - 3 minutes. Add balsamic, corn, black beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and broth. Stir to combine.

Change setting to slow cook, cover and continue to cook for 2 hours, then stir in Honey Horseradish mustard. To serve, divide chili between bowls and top with your favourite toppings.
