8 oz. medium shrimp, peeled, de-veined, and roughly chopped

Rub
1/4 c. white wine (substitute chicken broth)
2 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic

4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. white wine (substitute chicken broth)
2 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic

4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 F. Lightly oil a 9-inch baking dish.
Heat Butter Olive Oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp, Garlic Olive Oil, and Land & Sea Rub. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2 minutes.
Stir in wine or broth, and Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic. Season with Roasted Garlic Sea Salt and Smoked Pepper to taste.
Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, 1/4 cup mozzarella and Parmesan.
Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella.
Place into oven and bake until bubbly and golden, about 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately.
