Salmon with Citrus Teriyaki Glaze

2 lbs. fresh salmon fillets
2 1/2 Tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Teriyaki Balsamic
2 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
freshly ground black pepper (try Salt Cellar Applewood Smoked Pepper)
Sea Salt (try Saltwest Naturals Roasted Garlic & Onion Sea Salt)

Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat bottom of 9 x 13 glass or ceramic dish with 1 Tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil.

Place salmon in baking dish. Mix the remaining Blood Orange Olive Oil and Teriyaki Balsamic together and rub into the salmon to coat.

Sprinkle with grated ginger, garlic and pepper.

Bake approximately 20 minutes until just flaky.

Serve with sea salt to taste.
