Rosti Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 medium red potatoes
1-2 tsp.  Gourmet Inspirations Veggie Fusion
Dill Olive Oil
 

Bake potatoes at 350F for 45 minutes. Cool in cooler for 2 hours.

Peel and grate potatoes.

In a medium fry pan, add Dill Olive Oil and heat on med-high. Add grated potatoes, cook 4-5 minutes.

Sprinkle with Veggie Fusion and flip. Fry until golden brown.
