Rosemary Roasted Grapes & Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. seedless red grapes
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
3 Tbsp. Rosemary Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Saltwest Naturals Raincoast Flor de Sal
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. goat cheese, softened
1 baguette, sliced and toasted
1/3 c. honey
pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Preheat oven to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place grapes on the prepared sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season the grapes with salt and pepper and place in the oven. Roast for 20 - 30 min. or until the grapes are tender. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for 5 min.

Meanwhile, place the cream cheese and goat cheese in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth and fluffy. Spread toasted baguette slices with the cream-goat cheese mixture and top each with roasted grapes. Place the crostini on a serving platter and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with crushed pepper flakes (optional) and rosemary sprigs before serving.
