2 lbs. (12 - 15 count) shrimp
1 Tbsp. Medium EVOO
1 tsp. Saltwest Naturals Smashed Peppercorn Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 400F. Peel and de-vein the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Place them on a sheet pan with the olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread them in one layer. Roast for 8 - 10 minutes, just until pink, firm and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
Serve with our Balsamic Cocktail Sauce.
