Quick Vegetable Packets

2 c. carrots, sliced
2 c. corn on the cob, sliced 1-2 inch thick in rounds and then cut in half
2 c. onion, slice
10 oz. whole green beans, fresh or frozen (or try fresh snap peas!)

Divide vegetables onto 4 greased, double thickness squares of foil. Sprinkle with Oregano Blend. Drizzle some Butter Olive Oil on each. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons water to each packet. Seal. Cook on medium-hot grill until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Note: To make packets with cheese. When vegetables are cooked, open foil. Sprinkle each packet with 1/2 cup grated medium Cheddar cheese. Close foil. Return to grill to melt cheese. Do not turn.
