Pomegranate Salad

Ingredients:
Dressing:
1/4 c. Pomegranate Balsamic
1/4 c. Blood Orange Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
Greens:
10 c. mixed baby greens
1 ripe avocado, diced
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. pomegranate seeds
1 orange, segmented

Instructions:

Whisk together dressing ingredients, set aside. Toss greens and fruits and drizzle with dressing. Oh so yummy!
