Peach Bellini

1 1/2 c. frozen peaches, thawed
1/4 c. Peach White Balsamic
1/2 c. peach schnapps
1 bottle of Presecco, Cava or champagne, chilled
peach slices for garnish
mint sprigs for garnish

Place peaches, balsamic, and schnapps in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide puree between champagne flutes, filling the glasses 1/3 of the way. Top flutes with sparkling wine and garnish each glass with peach slices and mint.
