Peach Basil Mimosa

1 1/2 Tbsp. Peach Balsamic

1/2 tsp Basil Olive Oil
6 oz. sparkling wine or Lemonade Sparkling Soda

Add vinegar and oil to a champagne flute and then top with sparkling wine. Enjoy!
