3 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. orange juice (or try the Honeybell Orange White Balsamic)
2 tsp. Dill Olive Oil
1 tsp. honey
salt and pepper
On stove top, bring carrots and orange juice to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender crisp, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and drizzle with Dill Olive Oil and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
