Olive Tapenade Appetizer

1 c. green olives
1 c. black olives
2 Tbsp. capers
Dash cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp. pine nuts
2 potatoes, diced
2 Tbsps. Garlic Olive Oil
4 Tbsps. Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 pkg cream cheese


Put capers, olives, pine nuts, chopped parsley, garlic, and olive oils into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency is achieved. Stir in lemon juice, cayenne, and Italian seasoning – adjust seasoning and olive oil as needed. Use as a topping over cream cheese and serve with crackers or baguette slices.
