1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. icing sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. Amber Birch Syrup
Cream the cream cheese and icing sugar until it is very well mixed. Whip the cup of whipping cream until it forms stable peaks when you lift the whisk. Stir in until the mixture is very light and well mixed.
Put in a lightly buttered spring-form pan or individual cups and refrigerate until firm - or freeze for a frozen 'ice cream-y' treat in the summer!
Top with Birch Whiskey Sauce or Amber Gold Syrup.
