Italian Herbs Balsamic Drizzled Bruschetta

1/4 c. Garlic Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 medium tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 loaf (1lb) french bread
1 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil
Italian Herbs 
Balsamic for drizzling

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Garlic Olive Oil, basil, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and toss gently. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bring to room temperature before serving. Cut bread into 24 slices; brush with 1 tablespoon Garlic Olive Oil. Toast under broiler until lightly browned. Top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese and drizzle the Italian Herbs Balsamic. Serve immediately.
