Mole Steak Marinade

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Chocolate Balsamic
3 Tbsp. Espresso Balsamic
3 Tbsp. Cayenne Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. shallot, minced
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
sea salt and pepper to taste


Whisk until thoroughly combined. Marinate steak 4-12 hours.
