Mini Beef Cone stuffed with Herb Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
salt to taste
2 beef tenderloin steaks
1/2 cup herbed cream cheese
1/4 cup Gourmet Inspirations Creamy Peppercorn Whiskey Sauce
2 sprigs green onion
Cayenne Olive Oil for finishing

Instructions:
Season tenderloin with salt, roast to medium doneness and cool. Cut on the bias into small, think slices. Then cut into triangle shapes and roll into a cone. Fill cone with herbed cream cheese that is room temperature. Drizzle with Creamy Peppercorn Whiskey Sauce and garnish with green onion, finishing with a scant drizzle of Cayenne Olive Oil.
