Cut baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Brush with Garlic Olive Oil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350F until lightly toasted.
Slice tomatoes and cheese. Top freshly toasted baguette with fresh basil, bocconcini cheese, and tomatoes.
Drizzle with Italian Herbs Balsamic Vinegar before serving.
