Ingredients:

3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (you may also substitute Maple Balsamic)
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 minced shallot
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. ground fennel
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
sea salt and pepper to taste
