Lavender Marinade

1 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
1 tsp. SmakDab White Wine Herb Mustard
2 Tbsp. Lavender Balsamic
Saltwest Smashed Peppercorn Sea Salt to taste

Whisk all ingredients together. Allow to stand for at least 2 hours for all flavors to combine. Excellent for fish or poultry. For fish marinate for about 30 minutes, for poultry about 2 or more hours in the fridge to develop a full flavor.
