Kale & Broccoli Slaw with Creamy Orange-Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients for Salad Dressing:
½ c. mayo
2 Tbsp. House Blend Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Mild EVOO
1 Tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1 Tbsp. Honeybell Orange White Balsamic
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. coconut sugar

Ingredients for Salad:
1 bag (12 oz/340 g) broccoli slaw
2 - 4 c. finely chopped kale, ribs removed
2 – 4 c. coleslaw mix, green cabbage chopped or thinly sliced Brussels sprouts
¾ c. dried cranberries
¾ c. pumpkin seeds

Whisk together salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl or shake in a salad dressing cruet or mason jar.

In a large salad bowl, add salad ingredients. Immediately prior to serving, pour salad dressing over and toss to combine.
