Honey-Lime Grilled Chicken

1/4 c. honey
zest from 2 limes
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Harissa Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Persian Lime Olive Oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. Honey Ginger White Balsamic
8 large bone-in chicken thighs

Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade to use as a basting sauce for chicken while grilling. Pour remaining marinade over chicken in a glass baking dish. Turn pieces over several times to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium heat setting and brush with oil. Grill chicken for about 10 minutes per side with BBQ lid closed. Baste generously with reserved marinade during the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Serve.
