3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Fire in the Kitchen Smoke Eater Spice Rub
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger root
2 1/2 c. water
5 Tbsp. honey
1/8 c. Honey Ginger White Balsamic
1/8 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
Mix together the brown sugar, Smoke Eater, ginger, 2 1/2 cups water, honey, white balsamic, and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring to a boil. Whisk together the cornstarch and 3/4 cup water in a small bowl. Stir into the sauce mixture until thickened.
Great with chicken, ribs, wings, and baked farmer sausage. Serve with rice and stir fried veggies and enjoy!
