3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. Saltwest Naturals Roasted Garlic & Onion Infused Sea Salt
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp. Mexican Spice Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
pomegranate seeds


In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice and salt. Mix in onion, Mexican Spice Olive Oil, Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil, and tomatoes. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately. Top with pomegranate seeds before serving.
