Grilled Romaine Salad

Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce cut in half
carrots, diced
zucchini, diced
Garlic Olive Oil
Salt Cellar Sweet Onion & Bacon Spice Blend
Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil the grate. Drizzle Garlic Olive Oil over romaine lettuce and season with the Sweet Onion & Bacon Spice Blend. Place lettuce cut side down on preheated grill.
Cook until lettuce is slightly wilted and charred, about 5 minutes.
Take off grill, chop and toss in bowl with carrots and zucchini. Drizzle with Lemon White Balsamic and more Garlic Olive Oil if needed.
