Grilled Romaine Salad

1 head romaine lettuce cut in half
carrots, diced
zucchini, diced
Garlic Olive Oil
Salt Cellar Canadian Bacon seasoning
Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic

Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil the grate. Drizzle Garlic Olive Oil over romaine lettuce and season with Salt Cellar Canadian Bacon. Place lettuce cut side down on preheated grill.

Cook until lettuce is slightly wilted and charred, about 5 minutes.

Take off grill, chop and toss in bowl with carrots and zucchini. Drizzle with Lemon White Balsamic and more Garlic Olive Oil if needed.
