Grilled Lemony Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients:
1 lb. baby potatoes, cut in half

1/2 lb. baby carrots
1/2 diced red onion
2 Tbsp. Canadian Maple Mustard
1 Tbsp. Gourmet Inspirations Garlic Lovers Rub
3 Tbsp. Lemon Olive Oil

Toss all together in a bowl. Let marinate for at least an hour. Make foil packets and BBQ until potatoes are cooked.

*Tested in BBQ Cooking Class
