Grilled Fruit Salad

Ingredients: 
1 whole pineapple, skinned, cored and cut into slices
1 honeydew melon, peel cut into slices
1 mango, peel cut into slices
1 ½ Tbsp. Basil Olive Oil
1 ½ Tbsp. Citrus Mint White Balsamic
Saltwest Naturals Toasted Coconut Sea Salt
 
Preheat a gas BBQ or indoor grill. Put all fruit, oil and balsamic in a bowl or ziplock bag.

Marinate for ½ hour – 1 hour.

Grill fruit for about 5 minutes per side, until golden grill marks appear and the fruit softens.

Put fruit in a bowl. Toss with Toasted Coconut Sea Salt.
