Greek Salad

Ingredients:
1/4 c. Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2 tsp. Salt Cellar Oregano Spice Blend (or dried oregano)
Saltwest Naturals Smashed Peppercorn Sea Salt to taste
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 c. diced tomatoes (I like to use grape tomatoes so I don’t need to cut them)
1 c. diced cucumber
1/2 c. sliced green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Sweet Cerignola Olives (or your favourite olive varietal)
 
In a small bowl mix together Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, oregano, salt & pepper.

In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour dressing over the salad and toss. Chill for ½ - 1 hour to blend flavours.
