Greek Chicken and Orzo

1 lb chicken breast
2 (14 oz) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 stalk celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup Nature's Pasta -Four Veg Orzo
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Olive Oil
Garlic Lover's Passion Rub
Instructions:
Marinate chicken with Garlic Lover’s Passion rub for 1 hour. Heat a large saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in the Chicken and cook until brown. Stir in the remaining ingredients and. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium low and cover and simmer until orzo is tender and has absorbed the liquid from the tomatos, about 12 minutes.
