Greek Chicken and Orzo

1 lb chicken breast
2 (14 oz) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 stalk celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup Nature's Pasta Four Veg Orzo
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Olive Oil (may sub Harissa Olive Oil or even Peperoncino Garlic Agrumato Olive Oil)
Gourmet Inspiration Garlic Lover's Seasoning
red pepper flakes (as desired)

Marinate chicken with Garlic Lover’s Seasoning for 1 hour. Heat a large saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in the Chicken and cook until brown. Stir in the remaining ingredients and. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium low and cover and simmer until orzo is tender and has absorbed the liquid from the tomatoes, about 12 minutes.
