Golden Birch Vinaigrette

2 Tbsp. Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Amber Gold Birch Syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. SMAK DAB White Wine Herb Mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together ingredients.

Serve over mixed greens or spinach, with red onions, strawberries, goat cheese and toasted pecans.
