Easy Smoky Onion and Pineapple Marinade

Ingredients:
1/4 c. Roasted Onion Olive Oil
1/4 c. Pineapple White Balsamic
2 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
sea salt and pepper to taste
Prepare marinade by mixing together oil and vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper.
For pork or chicken: Prepare 2 lbs. thinly sliced pork or chicken. In a shallow container or ziploc bag, pour over pork strips. Allow to marinade 24-48 hours. Thread onto greased, metal skewers or soaked and greased wooden skewers. Turn on BBQ grill and grill until done, approximately 5-10 minutes.
Note: Goes well with chicken or portobello mushrooms. For a vegetarian protein option, marinade 2 lbs. tofu, ripped into roughly 2" cube chunks.
