2 potatoes, small-med.
1 Tbsp. Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp. sea salt
3 slices bacon chopped
3/4 c. marble cheese grated
Preheat oven to 400F. Slice potatoes width-wise 1/4 inch thick. Lay them out on a baking sheet. Drizzle with Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil and use brush to coat all the slices on both sides. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Put in oven for 20 minutes. Flip and bake another 5 minutes.
Spread bacon onto each potato slice. Top each one with cheese. Bake another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
