Easy Espresso BBQ Sauce

4 cloves minced garlic
4 Tbsp. Chipotle Olive Oil
1/2 c. Espresso Balsamic
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Dijon -(try Gravelbourg French Mustard)

Heat Chipotle Olive Oil in sauce pan. Add garlic and saute until it just starts to turn brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 10 minutes.

Yields 2 cups. Lasts up to two weeks in the fridge.
