Creole Shrimp

creole shrimp with garlic olive oilIngredients:

1 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup yellow pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 lb shrimp
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp Fire in the Kitchen One Rub
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/4 tsp Aji Verde Olive Oil
1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
1 2/3 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp Chocolate Balsamic

Instructions:

Heat Butter and Garlic Olive Oil over medium heat in a medium sauce pan. Add chopped onions, peppers and celery. Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then add shrimp. Combine spices, Worcestershire and Cayenne Olive Oil in a small cup. Stir tomatoes into vegetable/shrimp mixture, then add the seasonings. Sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes, most of the liquid will cook away. Stir in tomato paste and Chocolate Balsamic and blend well.
